Access Your KU Email on Mobile Devices

Via Syncing Your Account

You can access your KU email and calendar on mobile devices by syncing to your KU account. Visit Email Mobile Access for more information, including device-specific configuration instructions.

Via Outlook Web App

You can access your KU email and calendar on mobile devices through a mobile browser with your KU Online ID and password via the KU Outlook Web App.

Via Forwarding

You can also access your KU email on mobile devices by forwarding your KU email to another account like Gmail, Yahoo or MSN and using the service providers corresponding mobile apps. Forward your KU email.

A central hub for information and online services at KU, the myKU Portal makes it easy for KU students, faculty and staff to access many of KU's online services all from one location. Login to myKU Portal with your KU Online ID and password.

Access Personal File Storage

OneDrive for Business (Microsoft) is a cloud-based storage and file sharing service that provides 1TB of online storage for KU students, faculty and staff. OneDrive for Business is directly integrated with Office 365 for editing and co-authoring documents. Files in your OneDrive for Business can be shared with contacts internal and external to KU.

To access your OneDrive for Business, log in to myCommunity. Go to mycommunity.ku.edu and sign in with your KU Online ID. Then, select "OneDrive for Business" in the top menu.


Check Out Media Production Studio

KU's Media Production Studio (MPS) provides equipment, workspace and software for students and faculty to shoot, edit and produce digital projects. The MPS is located in the center of the Budig Computer Lab, Room 10, Budig Hall. Learn more at Media Production Studio.
